De Las Precauciones Para Aplicación De Plaguicidas

Decreto 775 de 1990 · por el cual se reglamentan parcialmente los Títulos III, V, VI, VII y XI de la Ley 09 de 1979, sobre uso y manejo de plaguicidas.

De las precauciones para aplicación de plaguicidas. En edificaciones, vehículos, productos área pública, la aplicación debe hacerse previa la evacuación de personas, animales o alimentos y suspendiendo cualquier actividad relacionada con manipulación de alimentos.

Parágrafo

El reingreso de las personas, animales y alimentos evacuados, no podrá hacerse antes de dos (2) horas después de aplicado el tratamiento, observando siempre las máximas precauciones de señalizaciones, advertencias y recomendaciones específicas.
