Cada uno de los Circuitos de que trata la presente Ley será servido por dos jueces, denominados 1.° y 2.° y cada Juzgado tendrá además, un Secretario, un Escribiente y un Portero. Las asignaciones para el personal de estas Oficinas Judiciales serán iguales a las que hoy tiene señaladas el personal de los Juzgados del Circuito del Guamo.

Parágrafo

(transitorio). El Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Ibagué determinará cuáles de los cuatro ciudadanos que desempeñan actualmente los Juzgados del Guamo, deben pasar a ejercer sus funciones en Purificación, hasta completar el período en curso, y cuales deben continuar en el Guamo.
