Art. 9.° Para las elecciones de Diputados a las Asambleas Departamentales servirá la misma división electoral que para la de Representantes. Cada Distrito electoral elegirá dos Diputados en los Departamentos que tengan más de cuatrocientos mil habitantes; tres Diputados en los Departamentos que tengan más de doscientos mil habitantes, y cinco en los que tengan menos de esta última cifra.
