Artículo primero. A partir del 13 de agosto de 1979, el auxilio de transporte a que tienen derecho los empleados oficiales y los trabajadores particulares que devenguen un salario mensual hasta de dos (2) veces-.el salario mínimo legal, será de trescientos cuarenta y cuatro pesos ($ 344,00) mensuales.
