El lote de terreno que se cede por el artículo anterior, es destinado por la Fundación "Arthur Stanley Gillow", a la construcción e instalación de un Preventorio de estudio e investigación de las enfermedades, y en caso de variación de esta finalidad o de extinción de la Fundación, los terrenos cedidos junto con las edificaciones, mejoras, anexidades y servidumbres, revertirán al dominio de la Nación, Hospital Militar Central.
