El Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo, y demás entidades gubernamentales, trabajarán por la gestión, capacitación, acompañamiento y apoyo, a la visión y capacidad exportadora de los emprendedores nacionales, con la finalidad de que estos puedan abrirse campo en los mercados extranjeros y se preparen para las dinámicas del comercio internacional.
PRIMERO. El Gobierno Nacional reglamentará este artículo.
