El producto del impuesto fluvial, el de tonelaje y matrícula, correspondiente al comercio entre Cartagena y Montería, y viceversa, pasará cada mes a la Junta de que trata el artículo anterior, para que lo emplee en la limpia y canalización del río Sinú.
