Art. 8.° Los privilejios i concesiones que haga el Poder Ejecutivo en virtud de lo determinado en esta lei, no podrán ser traspasados a ningun gobierno o nacion extranjeros. La infraccion que se haga de este precepto trae consigo, por el hecho mismo, la caducidad de la concesion. Con acuerdo del Poder Ejecutivo, pueden cederse o traspasarse los privilejios o concesiones a otra persona o compañía de particulares.
