º Con base en la información a que se refiere el artículo anterior, el Departamento Administrativo del Servicio Civil elaborará listas que servirán de base para la incorporación respectiva. El Departamento Administrativo del Servicio Civil informará igualmente los cargos equivalentes o afines a los cuales pueden ser incorporados los empleados para dar cumplimiento al Decreto extraordinario 77 de 1987. Los fines propuestos con la incorporación prevista en el presente Decreto, se entenderán igualmente cumplidos con el traslado interinstitucional a que se refiere el artículo 29 del Decreto 1950 de 1973.
