º. Obligación de informar el incumplimiento de obligaciones . El que directa o indirectamente tenga conocimiento de que algún beneficiado ha incumplido alguna o algunas de las obligaciones de que tratan los artículos 369F y 369G del Código de Procedimiento Penal, deberá dar aviso inmediato al Director General del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario, Inpec, para que éste a su vez ponga en conocimiento del funcionario judicial competente el incumplimiento en el término de la distancia, para los fines a que haya lugar.
