Adiciónese el inciso tercero al numeral 2 del artículo 227 del Decreto Ley 663 de 1993 - Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, así:

Artículo 227. Organización.

Finagro podrá, a través de contratos y/o convenios interadministrativos celebrados con entidades públicas o contratos con privados, administrar recursos para la ejecución de programas dirigidos al sector agropecuario y rural.
