Las leyes, decretos, resoluciones y demás normas sobre estructura y funciones de la Dirección General del Presupuesto, de las dependencias que la integran y de las divisiones o secciones de presupuesto de los Ministerios y Departamentos Administrativos y Establecimientos Públicos Nacionales, que no fueren contrarias a lo dispuesto en el presente Estatuto continuarán vigentes; continuarán vigentes también los incisos segundo y tercero del artículo 67 del Decreto legislativo número 164 de 1950.
