TRANSITO DE ANIMALES EN LAS VIAS PUBLICAS Y OTROS SITIOS. En las vías públicas u otros sitios de tránsito o de recreo, los dueños o responsables de perros y animales que puedan representar peligro para las personas, deberán conducirlos mediante el uso de cadenas, correas o traíllas y utilizando bozal, cuando sea del caso. Igualmente deberán portar los certificados de vacunación a que se refiere el presente Decreto, cuando así lo indiquen las autoridades en casos de emergencia sanitaria. Las autoridades podrán capturar los animales no conducidos en las condiciones anteriores.
