° La comisión de que trata el artículo 30 del Decreto 2322 de 1965, podrá autorizar, en cada caso, que en lugar de la prórroga prevista en el ordinal f) del artículo 28 del mimo Decreto, se refinancie la obligación con un acreedor distinto, siempre que se reúnan los demás requisitos señalados en el citado artículo, y que los términos de la refinanciación permitan distribuir los pagos en la forma prevista en el ordinal f).
