Destinase la suma de cinco mil pesos ($ 5,000) para auxiliar a los damnificados de Concordia, por causa del deslizamiento de tierras ocurrido en el mes de octubre último. Dicha suma será distribuida por una Junta, que designará el Presidente de la República.
