El que excite públicamente a cometer uno de los delitos previstos en losArtículos 99, 110, 111 y 112, fuera de los casos previstos en losArtículos 60 y 61, será castigado por ese solo hecho de reclusión por dos a cuatro años, si se trata de los delitos previstos en losArtículos 99 y 110, y de ocho a veinte meses si se trata de los delitos previstos en losArtículos 111 y 112.

En todo caso se agregará una multa de ciento a trescientos pesos.
