Las cuentas de cobro por concepto del impuesto de valorización, una vez liquidadas por el Instituto, prestan mérito ejecutivo y se harán efectivas mediante los trámites fijados en el Código Judicial para los juicios que se siguen por jurisdicción coactiva, para cuyo efecto el Instituto deberá pasarlas al respectivo Administrador de Hacienda Nacional.

Parágrafo

Los Administradores de Hacienda, una vez que hayan efectuado el cobro, pasarán el producto de los recaudos al Instituto.
