º . Modifícase el numeral 1 del artículo 11 del Decreto 2200 de 2005, el cual quedará así: "1. Farmacias-droguerías. Estos establecimientos se someterán a los procesos de

Recepción y almacenamiento;

Dispensación;

Preparaciones magistrales. La dirección técnica de estos establecimientos estará a cargo del químico farmacéutico. Cuando las preparaciones magistrales que se elaboren consistan en preparaciones no estériles y de uso tópico, tales como: polvos, ungüentos, pomadas, cremas, geles, lociones, podrán ser elaboradas por el tecnólogo en regencia de farmacia, en cuyo caso, la dirección técnica podrá estar a cargo de este último".
