º Las Juntas Administradoras de los Fondos para el Transporte de las ciudades de Barranquilla, Cali y Medellín, podrán fijar los sueldos a sus respectivos Gerentes, hasta la suma de $ 2.500.00 mensuales, y podrán, asimismo determinar el pago de gastos de representación y fijar su cuantía.
