Ley 87 de 1946 · Por la cual se reglamenta la profesión de enfermería y se dictan otras disposiciones

Las alumnas que en condición de becadas por el Gobierno Nacional, Departamental o Municipal, terminen sus estudios en cualquiera de las Escuelas de Enfermeras reconocidas por el Gobierno Nacional, recibirán una licencia provisional que sólo les permitirá ejercer la profesión en servicios oficiales y no podrán obtener el diploma definitivo sino después de dos (2) años de servicio, donde el Gobierno lo determine.

Parágrafo

Las licenciadas en la forma anteriormente dicha, solamente podrán trabajar en instituciones privadas o en cargos particulares, cuando comprueben que el Gobierno las faculta para eso, por no haber sido ocupadas en servicios oficiales.
