Las disposiciones de este Código se aplicarán solamente a los procesos que se iniciaren después de su vigencia. Los sumarios y juicios que estuvieren pendientes, cuando entre en vigencia, continuarán rigiéndose por el procedimiento anterior, si fuere más favorable al procesado.
