INTERPOSICIÓN. Negado el recurso de apelación, el interesado, dentro del término de ejecutoria, podrá solicitar copias de la providencia impugnada y de las demás piezas pertinentes, las cuales se compulsarán dentro del término improrrogable de dos (2) días. Del recurso de queja conocerá el Comandante General de las Fuerzas Militares.
