La Medalla "A la Aplicación" se conferirá a los Alféreces y Guardiamarinas que en los cursos de las Escuelas de Formación de Oficiales para ascenso o Subteniente y Teniente de Corbeta, ocupen el primer puesto, igualmente a los Soldados y Grumetes, que en su promoción a Cabo Segundo, Marinero o Técnico Tercero, ocupen el primer puesto.
