Autorizase al Gobierno Nacional para que, por conducto del Ministerio de Obras Públicas, ceda gratuitamente al Ancianato "El Carmen" del Municipio de Calarcá, el lote de terreno que la Nación recibió al mismo título gratuito y del mismo Municipio, según la escritura pública número 464, de fecha 6 de agosto de 1947, pasada ante el Notario Segundo de ese Circuito Notarial.
