La Empresa Territorial para la Salud, Etesa en Liquidación, continuará ejerciendo las funciones señaladas en el Decreto 175 del 25 de enero de 2010, hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2011, en especial las contenidas en el inciso 2° del artículo 3°, en concordancia con lo establecido en los artículos 19 y 20 de la Ley 1393 de 2010.
