º Una vez que al solicitante se le deje en el goce del servicio de aguas, de acuerdo con su petición y las condiciones anteriores, gozará de él en forma permanente. Y para su suspensión deberá dar aviso con diez (10) días de anticipación al vencimiento del mes en curso.
