Artículo decimocuarto. El Ministerio de Educación Nacional, a través de la Dirección General de Capacitación y Perfeccionamiento Docente, Currículo y Medios Educativos, establecerá y autorizará un sistema especial de profesionalización para maestros indígenas que laboren como docentes en las comunidades indígenas de conformidad con el artículo 11 del Decreto1142 de 1978.
