Art. 98. Cuando para completar las secciones de examinadores, ó para aumentar convenientemente el número de ellas, ó para conseguir algun otro objeto, fuere necesario, el Director del Instituto podrá nombrar examinadores que no pertenezcan al Consejo del Instituto.
