La información a reportar deberá hacerse llegar al Organo de Administración del RUA, mediante sobre cerrado que contenga los medios magnéticos que la almacenan. Dichos sobres deberán ser entregados dentro de los primeros diez (10) días calendario del mes en que deba efectuarse dicho reporte y sobre su recibo se entregará la respectiva constancia.
