El Consejo Administrativo de los Ferrocarriles Nacionales podrá establecer bajo su inmediata administración o por medio de contratos celebrados de acuerdo con el artículo 9º y 10 de la Ley 29 de 1931 , servicios de transportes automotores para conectar sus líneas férreas, o para unir las estaciones terminales de los ferrocarriles que administra con centros comerciales, agrícolas e industriales.
