Art. 23.º La clase de Oficiales desde Subteniente á Capitán, inclusive, podrán comprobar dicha identidad con sólo tres declaraciones ó dos certificados de Generales o Jefes á cuyas órdenes hayan servido; y los Generales y Jefes con sólo manifestarlo bajo su palabra de honor.
