Cambio de nombre o razón social. Las empresas de servicio público de transporte habilitadas, deberán registrar ante la autoridad de transporte que le otorgó la habilitación, cualquier cambio de nombre o razón social dentro de los quince (15) días siguientes al perfeccionamiento de la respectiva modificación.
