°. Vigencia y derogatorias. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga el artículo 13 del Decreto 4828 de 2008, y la expresión del artículo 18 “El incumplimiento de la obligación de aportar nuevos bienes generará para el contratista las consecuencias previstas en el artículo 13 de este decreto” .
