° . El artículo 2° del Decreto 1386 de 2010 quedará así: " Artículo 2°. A partir del 1° de enero de 2010, la asignación básica mensual del Presidente de la Financiera de Desarrollo Territorial S.A., será de trece millones setecientos setenta mil pesos ($13.770.000) moneda corriente. El Presidente de Findeter podrá devengar la prima técnica de que tratan los Decretos 2164 de 1991, 1336 de 2003, 2177 de 2006 y demás disposiciones que los modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan".
