Toda compra o pedido de materiales, útiles, enseres y equipo que haga el Departamento de Provisiones, se llevará a cabo por medio de un formulario especial, y no se verificará compra alguna sin que haya certificado previamente el controlar que hay suficientes fondos disponibles para el pago de la partida respectiva.
