º. El Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad, DAS, podrá otorgar igualmente permiso por el término estrictamente necesario a pasajeros de grupo en tránsito de buques en cruceros turísticos que desembarquen en los puertos marítimos para dirigirse a otro país de destino por el puerto aéreo de la misma ciudad, y a los pasajeros de "vuelos chárter" internacionales que arriben al puerto aéreo para embarrarse en los buques de cruceros turísticos.
