Utilización Indebida del Sello de Certificación . La utilización indebida del sello o publicidad de que trata el anterior artículo, acarreará la aplicación de cualquiera de las medidas y/o sanciones previstas en el Decreto 3075 de 1997 o en la norma que lo modifique, sustituya o complemente.
