Registradores de Instrumentos Públicos . Los registradores de instrumentos públicos son los responsables del funcionamiento técnico y administrativo de las respectivas oficinas. Además de las funciones que les señale la ley, cumplirán las que establezca el Gobierno Nacional y las que les delegue el Superintendente de Notariado y Registro, con arreglo a lo dispuesto en este Decreto. Los registradores principales ejercerán la coordinación técnica y administrativa de las oficinas seccionales que de él dependan, de conformidad con los reglamentos que se expidan.
