Del Ministerio de Educación Nacional. El Ministerio de Educación Nacional brindará la asistencia técnica necesaria a las entidades territoriales certificadas en educación en la puesta en marcha de las estrategias educativas que se implementen para la atención de los beneficiarios, para lo cual emitirá las orientaciones correspondientes.

Así mismo, implementará los ajustes necesarios en sus sistemas de información con el objeto de garantizar la adecuada caracterización de esta población.
