El arreglo de los materiales que deban publicarse en los Anales corresponde al Rector y al Consejo Directivo, quienes formarán la Junta de Redacción y darán sus órdenes al Vicerrector Secretario para que cumpla con el deber que á este respecto le imponen los presentes Estatutos.
