Plazo de la investigación. Las autoridades dispondrán de un plazo máximo de nueve (9) meses para realizar y dar por concluida la investigación, contado a partir de la fecha de publicación del acto que ordenó su apertura. El Comité de Prácticas Comerciales, excepcionalmente, podrá prorrogar hasta por otros tres (3) meses el plazo de la investigación. Dentro de dicho término y cuando se considere conveniente, el Incomex podrá pedir y allegar pruebas e informaciones de oficio o a petición de cualquiera de las personas mencionadas en el inciso segundo del artículo 29, o de cualquier otra persona que demuestre tener interés legítimo dentro de la investigación.
