Art. 2. El Poder Ejecutivo, por medio de la Secretaría respectiva, procederá, si no lo ha hecho ya, a declarar nulo el remate por medio del cual se hizo el arrendamiento de los claustros o corredores espresados; i dispondrá que se proceda a verificar nuevo remate, sobre la base de la última licitación, o bien de la que hubiere sido fijada por el Tesorero jeneral de la Unión.
