Art. 6.° Significan ánimo presunto de permanencia, y son por tanto prueba de domicilio, estas circunstancias:

a).La residencia voluntaria y continúa en el territorio por más de cuatro años;

b).La residencia unida á la posesión de una propiedad raíz;

c).La residencia unida al ejercicio del comercio, con casa establecida ó de cualquiera otra industria que no pueda calificarse de transitoria;

d). Haber contraído matrimonio con colombiana y permanecido en el país durante mas de dos años;

Haber ejercido algún cargo, empleo ó destino público al servicio de gobierno.
