º . Los ingresos de cambio exterior del Banco de la República, distintos de los enumerados en el artículo anterior, se llevarán al mercado preferencial, salvo la parte de ellos que se destine al incremento de las reservas internacionales del país, conforme al presupuesto de divisas que elabore la Junta Monetaria, en cumplimiento del artículo 9 de este Decreto.
