Solicitud para el Ascenso. Para el ejercicio de la opción por el ascenso, el funcionario perteneciente a la Carrera Diplomática y Consular que estuviere interesado en dicha opción, deberá presentar a la Comisión de Personal de la Carrera Diplomática y Consular la solicitud respectiva y cumplir con los requisitos de que trata el artículo siguiente.
