Art. 2.° Desde el último día hábil del mes de Febrero se sacará mensualmente la cantidad de que puede disponerse de los fondos comunes, después de hechos los gastos urgentes del servicio, para atender con ella al remate de los Bonos colombianos. El día 20 de cada mes se fijarán avisos en la Tesorería general anunciando la suma que se sacará á remate.
