Se reducirán en una tercera parte las penas que señala elArtículo precedente, si el culpado del delito allí previsto es un sindicado por la infracción que se investiga, o su próximo pariente, siempre que no haya expuesto a otra persona a que se siga contra ella un juicio o a que se le imponga una condenación.

Cuando el testigo o el perito que depusieron falsamente o se retracten de la manera y en el tiempo indicados en elArtículo 188, la pena que señala elArtículo 190 se reducirá de la sexta a la tercera parte.
