LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.1.8.1.8.1. Infracciones sancionadas con amonestación escrita. Serán sancionadas con amonestación escrita, las entidades educativas con equipos propios o empresas públicas o privadas con vehículos propios dedicadas al transporte especial, que incurran en las siguientes infracciones:

Carecer de un programa y sistema de mantenimiento preventivo para los vehículos;

Permitir la prestación del servicio en vehículos conducidos por personas no idóneas;

No contar, para la prestación del servicio, con la presencia de un adulto acompañante.

No mantener vigentes pólizas de responsabilidad civil contractual y extracontractual que ampara los riesgos inherentes al transporte.
