Los superiores y Catedráticos deben imponer las penas correccionales pronta é imparcialmente, sin que pueda haber lugar á reclamación alguna sino en el caso de injusticia comprobada ó de infracción de algún artículo de estos Estatutos; en estos casos puede reclamarse por escrito ante el Rector. capítulo xii Matrículas.
