Declárase nacional el camino de herradura que partiendo de Yacopí (Cundinamarca), pasando por los Corregimientos de Guadualito y Humbo (Boyacá), Otanche, cabecera del Territorio Vásquez, y baldíos de la Nación, conduce a las minas de esmeraldas de Coscuéz. Asímismo, declárase nacional el camino de herradura de que Capitanejo conduce a Carcasí, pasando por San Miguel (Santander).
